Privacy Policy
Feng Pan built the MoW: 2-Player app as a game. This game is provided by Feng Pan and is intended to play locally with another player. The internet is not necessary for this game.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to play my game, then you agree to the collection and use of information about this policy. The Non-Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the game. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at MoW: 2-Player unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while playing my game, I won't require you to provide me with your personally identifiable information.
I may collect your personal information including your email address, name, nickname or so if you write to me somehow, add me as a friend on a social platform or join groups like Discord group, or leave a comment on the app pages and/or web sites.
Your nickname, score, the ranking might be shown to your friends or publically on the Game Center if you play the iOS version with the internet.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Ads
The game has ads on the Android platform.
The ads providers include:
AppLovin
AdMob
IronSource
Vungle
and I may add other Google verified ads providers for the android version.
They may collect your information refer to their Privacy Policies.
Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in the case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device country, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Game-Save/progress data
The game saves your game-progress locally and I won't collect it. It may be uploaded to your OS cloud according to your system settings or by other apps.
This game does not use cookies.
Service Providers
I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To perform Service-related services; or
- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
I want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
GDPR
The Ads software I used for android is ironSource Ad Mediation( https://marketplace.yoyogames.com/assets/7267/ironsource-ad-mediation). I'm not able to know if you are an EU citizen because I don't collect your personal data in the game, so I've set the concent boolean as "false" for all users including EU users, which means I set it not to collect personal data, even though it may lead to less relevant ads for you - if ironSource Ad Mediation working properly.
